[...] Sometimes the manager put the first sales representative in the back row. Like that, everyone had a chance. Even if you didn't make a deal at the end of the “tour”, we were able to score if we succeeded in convincing the couple and yet they didn't want to become a prospective member. It wasn't the sales representative's fault if he did his job very well but the couple didn't have money or they were frightened of the sum of money to pay out. [...]
[...] I was disappointed about the RCI management. As a matter of fact we didn't have a manager who controled the situation and the group. Sometimes we didn't work during three or four days without no comments. In that situation, all sales representative and even the Trade Talks talked themselves and we could hear: “rumour has it that he was able to have trouble with the hotel direction . ”. After two days he came at last to us and he denied all rumours. [...]
[...] He invited me to eat at home with some sales representative. Before that, I just saw the french manager two minutes. True to form he hardly talked to me. On the whole, I was satisfied with the team and the Trade Talks very nice. I had only just arrived when he taught me everything you need to work in the Timeshare marcketplace. What people had to say and do during a “tour”; what people couldn't do on the island It is easy to integrate in a company with simple and unbiased men. [...]
