Rapport de stage en anglais d'immersion linguistique effectué au sein d'un centre de langue, le British Council à Casablanca au Maroc. Ce stage se résumait à des cours de business english.
[...] English is an important language and is now overwhelming the world; so, HEM must give more attention to this course. First of all, it must add an English test so as to evaluate the level of each student. After this test, it can set up groups according to the results; beginner group, intermediate group and advanced group for example. In addition, HEM must add English courses during its curriculum; three hours per day and during two years are not sufficient to make us perfect our skills in this language. [...]
[...] ➢ The BRITISH COUNCIL CENTER: The British Council is an international English center; it is well-known for its excellent level of teaching and performance in making people learn quickly the English language. Furthermore, this center is good because it tries to get us involved in the English learning. As soon as we enter the building we are obliged to speak English (i.e. with the staff, with the waiter of the cafeteria, with the other students) Casablanca's center is well-equipped; nice classrooms, a library, an information technology area, a cafeteria etc. The staff working there is very kind, friendly and helpful. [...] Students must have a good level in English when they achieve their studies. English could be made as an optional course after the second year for students who want to develop their level. • The BRITISH COUNCIL CENTER: More marketing courses must be provided during the internship. The English course could be improved by studying history, economy and other subjects during the training period. More speaking and writing exercises should be done with the teacher. Price of the training could be lowered or the content of this period must be intensified to be more interesting and to attract more students in the future. [...]

[...] He supported us all through the training period. He tried to keep a good atmosphere in class and did all his best to make us succeed in this training period. The teacher was also very enthusiastic to meet us, especially because it was the first time he visited Morocco. In addition, Mr. Augustine taught English in many British Councils all over the world (i.e. Taiwan, Canada, Philippines). He shared with us his experiences and told us some stories about the way of life in these countries and compared them with Morocco. [...]
